We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Fast Casual Restaurant Manager to lead our team at our Bethlehem, PA location . As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality food and operations standards.

Duties:

• Manage a small team of staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling
• Maintain high-quality food standards, ensuring all menu items are prepared to our specifications (food prep experience a plus)
• Uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive sales growth
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement promotions and events
