You will be responsible for managing our daily content, creating personalized marketing reels, and executing content strategies that resonate with our audience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Social Media Content: Oversee day-to-day social media content, including creating marketing reels, filming and editing for national holidays, real estate events, and community involvement.
  • Event Coverage: Be present at in-office and external events, filming content for social media reels- Recap footage
  • Video Production: Handle video templates on CapCut/Premier/FinalCutPro for listing videos and manage footage from Listing Advantage Program.
  • Content Strategy: Develop comprehensive plans and strategies for video content, while remaining open to feedback to continually refine and enhance video quality. Embrace a mindset of constant growth and challenge yourself to exceed expectations and achieve even greater results.
  • Video Editing: Edit footage in a quick manner, ensuring proper color correction, audio adjustments, and the final product meets social media formatting requirements (aspect ratios, resolution, frame rates).
  • Client Collaboration: Work with partners and agencies to enhance their social media presence by producing special event videos, testimonials, walkthroughs, and promotional content.
  • Equipment Management: Keep filming equipment in top condition, regularly cleaning and charging gear. Track and maintain equipment components (memory cards, batteries, cables, etc.).
  • File Organization: Establish and maintain a streamlined, efficient system for organizing all video footage and files, ensuring quick and easy access to any content when needed, and supporting seamless workflow and project turnaround.
  • Software Proficiency: Constantly work in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) and CapCut, utilizing features like keyframing, proxies, and batch editing.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into your video content. Work closely with the marketing manager to explore innovative ideas and approaches.


 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE(Crucial to Success):

  • Must be able to work onsite at our Franklin, TN Branch Office.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Associate’sDegree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Video, or Communications is highly preferred to ensure a solid foundation in visual storytelling and media production.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically shooting real estate and event media is critical for understanding real estate video production and capturing dynamic event content.
  • Camera Expertise: Extensive experience with Sony cameras, particularly full-frame CMOS sensor models like the a7R4 and a7S3, is essential for high-quality video production.
  • Advanced Editing Skills: A deep understanding of editing workflows, including creating Stringouts, First Looks, Storyboarding, and Metalogging, is fundamental to ensuring efficient and professional video editing
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with concurrent deliverables.
  • Proficient in MSOffice suite of products; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Elevated level of integrity.
  • Excellent people skills.


NOT REQUIRED BUT NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience in the mortgage industry.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash.
  • Experience in working with CRM, Social CRM and SEO systems

LOCATION:   Franklin, TN (In-office Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM)

 

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

 

COMPENSATION:

CMG pays a base which ranges from $20.00 - $23.00 per hour. Factors that affect base salary may include Videography experience and Marketing/Social Media Content and overall knowledge of video creation, computer skills, customer service experience specific to working with mortgage lenders, and education.
