If your answer is YES! to these questions, Manpower would like to talk to you about metal grinding/sanding position in Carson, CA.** **What is is it for you?** + Full time hours. + Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays) + 2nd Shift hours 2pm-10:30pm potential overtime + Weekly payment (Every Friday) + Competitive pay $21.05 p/h **What are your responsibilities:** + Utilize different hand and power tools; such as water pressure gun, sanding block, etc. to preform finishes on metal and othe materials. + Measure and apply coatings according to manufacturing specifications. + Grinds, files, or sands surfaces of metal items using hand power tools and finishing machines. + May polish metal surface, using powered polishing wheel or belt. + Maintains and repairs production equipment and tools. + Ensure and comply with all requirred saftey rules, equipment and follows proper refinishing procedures in compliances with OSHA guidlines. + Examine complete product to ensure conformance to specifications. **Who we are looking for:** + 1 - 2 years of Sanding/Grinding experience. + 3 years operating hand and power tools. + Experience in fabrication and production assembly. + Demonstrate ability to follow instructions + Respect for the rules regarding the saftey of employees. + Comfortable undergoing a background check.
