About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for a remote role with a focus on Workers' Compensation and No-Fault Auto services and solutions. The successful candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in direct selling and solutioning, particularly within the Workers' Compensation and No-Fault Auto market segment. This individual will be responsible for business development, including prospecting, qualification, value demonstration, and opportunity closure. The role demands a dynamic, multi-level thinker with a solid willingness to help clients solve their problems. The VP will be expected to grow and maintain a robust, qualified new business pipeline, execute go-to-market strategies, and demonstrate exceptional strategic selling skills. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of successful consultative sales experience in Workers' Compensation solutions, with at least 5 years' in direct-to-payer sales. The role requires the ability to present and sell solutions to C-suite executives, a broad industry knowledge, and a strong reputation as a creative thought leader in payer solutions. The ideal candidate will have superior communication, strategic thinking, and critical thinking skills, and be a solid team player with the ability to work independently. A deep proficiency in existing and new capabilities, as well as the ability to travel frequently, is essential. The VP will be expected to manage the sales cycle, maintain professional relationships, and provide management with timely reporting.
