Responsibilities Build a culture of working back from the customer Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store performance results Ensure exceptional customer experiences through the Five Below service model Create an amazing store environment by anticipating customer needs Maintain all merchandising and operational standards according to Brand Standards Develop a High Performing Crew Hire and engage talented employees, ensuring they are in the right roles at the right time Foster an inclusive culture that values diversity Provide training, coaching, and feedback to inspire accountability Partner with District Manager and HR for employee development and performance management Create a safe environment for customers and staff Implement talent plans to attract and retain top talent Drive a Consistent Business Analyze business results and leverage data to improve performance Manage payroll budgets and staff schedules effectively Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures Oversee inventory management and store maintenance Adhere to SOPs and legal requirements The Five Below Way Wow our customers by putting them first Unleash your passion and do what you say you will Control expenses and hire talented staff Set high standards and outperform expectations Work hard, have fun, and build a career Qualifications High School Graduate or equivalent Minimum 3 years management experience preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task and think creatively Maintain composure under pressure The salary range is $54,685 to $60,000 annually, with potential benefits and bonuses.
