Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:   Generate new client opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking, targeting businesses in manufacturing, construction, events, and healthcare.
  • Sales Execution:   Utilize CRM systems for lead management, sales tracking, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
  • Client Relationships:   Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and offering customized solutions.
  • Recruiting:   Source, screen, and interview candidates to create a robust talent pipeline, ensuring the perfect match for client requirements.
  • Negotiation & Closing:   Negotiate contracts, close agreements, and secure staffing deals that benefit both clients and Delta Workforce.
  • Collaboration:   Work closely with internal teams to fulfill staffing requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting:   Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Market Insight:   Stay informed on industry trends and workforce demands in the Detroit metro area to remain a trusted partner to clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or a related field (ambition and hustle can substitute for direct experience).
