The Senior Product Manager, Store Inventory & Mobility, provides strategic leadership for Store Inventory Management (SIM), as well as the Android and back-office applications used by store crewmembers. The role is accountable for real-time inventory accuracy and communication by aligning product strategy with business objectives, leveraging advanced analytics, and championing user-centric design. Partnering with Engineering, UX, Infrastructure, and retail stakeholders, this position delivers scalable solutions that elevate the customer experience, simplify crewmember work, and drive operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include setting and communicating the product vision and multiyear roadmap for SIM, back-office applications, and store mobility, aligning with corporate objectives; translating strategy into epics and user stories; maintaining a prioritized backlog and driving agile delivery; partnering with UX to plan and synthesize research; measuring performance using Power BI and converting insights into actionable roadmap decisions; leading integration and coordination of releases with SaaS vendors; collaborating with Infrastructure to align Zebra Android OS upgrades, app deployments, and hardware transitions; owning the Problem Management process; communicating critical technology issues to leadership; and orchestrating launch readiness across various business and technical stakeholders. Qualifications include 4–6 years’ product management experience focused on Store Inventory Management or store mobility platforms in retail, expertise in integrating Oracle Retail and Manhattan, experience developing or supporting Android applications on Zebra enterprise devices, advanced analytics proficiency with Power BI, deep knowledge of retail inventory accounting, mastery of modern product frameworks, solid grounding in UX research and design principles, strong communication skills, proven ability to deliver software solutions, and a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field or equivalent experience. The role requires comfort working on the sales floor with crewmembers. Nice to have experience includes working in fast-paced retail environments and advanced inventory tracking technologies.
