This individual should be a proactive problem solver, a culture builder, and a strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings healthcare staffing expertise, promotes collaboration, and leads with integrity and flexibility.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for nursing, allied health, and healthcare administrative rolesPartner with clients and hiring managers to define role requirements and develop customized sourcing strategiesLead sourcing efforts using job boards, databases, social media, and networking eventsScreen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skill set, credentials, and cultural fitNegotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in collaboration with compliance and operations teamsMentor and support recruiters and recruiting coordinatorsTrack and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and placement success ratesPromote a positive team culture by modeling professionalism, hard work, and solution-oriented thinkingStay current on healthcare staffing trends, licensure requirements, and market conditionsQualifications & Skills:4-7+ years of experience in healthcare staffing or recruitingDemonstrated success filling high-volume or hard-to-fill rolesStrong knowledge of healthcare roles, terminology, and credentialing requirementsExcellent client management, communication, and negotiation skillsTeam-oriented with a willingness to collaborate and support colleaguesAdaptable, resourceful, and committed to high performanceExperience with ATS platforms (e.g., Loxo, Bullhorn, etc.)Salary & Benefits:This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package.
