Experience in Data Science / ML is desired, starting with simple models and advancing to LLMs for alerting and classification, creating a feedback loop that learns.
The candidate should be passionate about IOC detection and threat intel, with experience in APT tradecraft. Our team includes multidisciplinary engineers skilled in Go, Python, and Elasticsearch, and we are exploring AI tools like Cursor.
This role supports our US-based, distributed SecOps team, working closely with teams in Melbourne & Auckland, with regular communication and collaboration, including on-call duties and broader engineering participation.
