Job Description
Project Scope: TEKsystems will provide a team of technical resources that will perform technical activities to assist in a Windows 11 deployment for users across the various departments at over an estimated eighteen weeks.
Duties will include assisting with the deployment of devices that are pre-imaged, and network connected. The technicians will need to asset tag the device, remove the old hardware and cabling, set up the new device and turn it on to ensure it works correctly. TEKsystems’ technical team will also assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise with the deployed device.
TEKsystems’ team will conduct r e-imaging and life-cycling of devices from Windows 10 to Windows 11 based on requirements. TEKsystems’ team will also assist with other onsite initiatives when needed that include Windows 11 upgrades, lifecycles, and in-place upgrades, and M365 OneDrive/J: migrations that may include manual installs.
