Growing together.** **Position Highlights:** + Clinic Location: 8311 Florence Avenue, Downey, CA 90240 + Schedule: Monday - Friday + Call schedule: 2 weeks per month + Appointment schedule: 40 minutes for new consults and 20 minutes for in office visits, screenings and follow-up appointments + Diagnose and treat patients with foot and ankle conditions, injuries, and diseases including bunions, heel pain, sport injuries, manage diabetic foot problems, plantar fasciitis, flat foot. + Outpatient procedures also performed at Optum surgery center located in Long Beach + Dedicated Medical Assistant, nursing and office support **Compensation & Benefits Highlights:** + This position offers a guaranteed base salary plus specialty incentive based on quality and performance + Generous PTO, CME time, and clinics are closed for nine company observed holidays + 401k with company match, and UHG Employee Stock Purchase Program + Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, & Dental, Life insurance and LTD + Company paid medical malpractice coverage + Continued professional growth & leadership opportunities including Physician Partnership **Required Qualifications:** + Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) + Board certification or eligibility in Podiatric Medicine + Active, unrestricted medical license in CA or the ability to obtain prior to employment + Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment + Active BLS certification + Computer Proficient The salary range for this role is $232,500 to $396,500 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
