Position: Communications and Organizational Change Management Lead
Location: Morristown, NJ-(Hybrid position, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
Duration: 18 months contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Communications and Organizational Change Management Lead to temporarily support our Digital Risk & Compliance (DRC) team during a critical transformation period. This role will focus on developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies and campaigns to facilitate change management across the Digital function and other Client stakeholders.
This position will be reporting to the Head of Strategy & Governance in the DRC team. =
Key Responsibilities
• Communication:
• Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to support the Digital Risk & Compliance transformation, in the broader context of Client’s Digital transformation
• Develop clear, engaging content for various communication channels to inform stakeholders about changes, benefits, and implementation timelines
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align communication plans and tailor communications accordingly (e.g., in Cyber Security, Risk & Compliance, the Digital function, Global Quality teams)
• Maintain the internal DRC SharePoint site and Viva Engage communities
• Create and maintain communication materials including presentations, newsletters, and digital content
• Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust approaches as needed
• Change Management:
• Adapt the design of and implement Digital Risk & Compliance’s transformation change management strategy
• Collaborate closely with the Training and Knowledge Management team to ensure a cohesive communication, change management and education approach to promote adoption of new processes and systems
• Identify potential resistance points and develop strategies to address concerns
• Define and measure indicators for change management and transformation
• Support change readiness assessments and develop targeted interventions
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in communications and/or change management roles
• Proven track record in supporting organizational transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks
• Change management certification (PROSCI)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in stakeholder management across different organizational levels
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language
• Experience working in a global, multicultural environment
• Project management skills
