Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Salary Range : $270k–$280k
• Bonus : Up to 20% of the yearly salary, based on the following metrics:
  • Hospital Sick Days
  • HEDIS measures
  • Customer Satisfaction

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for physicians with the following qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics (welcome but not required)
• Active, non-probationary state medical license

• Collaborative and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation.
• Confident in delivering high-quality primary care, including addressing medical and social needs.
• Passionate about caring for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or the medically underserved.
• Energized by being part of a fast-growing organization.

• Suturing for minor wound closures.
• Joint injections for pain management.
• Skin biopsies for diagnostic purposes.
• Wound care and management.
• Conducting and interpreting preventive screenings relevant to geriatric patients.
