Junior Marketing Associate will assist the marketing team in implementing all marketing activities, working closely with customers to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and generate new business leads. We help our clients improve their brand awareness and management through events and in-store promotions. This is an entry-level marketing position with exposure to multifaceted areas of our firm in which full training is provided. Responsibilities of a Junior Marketing Associate: Execute sales and marketing strategies face-to-face with customers in-store Promote client products and services while maintaining a professional business relationship with consumers and potential leads. Develop and implement marketing programs and sales strategies to grow existing businesses and create new businesses and awareness of our clients throughout the region. Review product knowledge on a daily basis to stay current and provide sales training to newcomers once eligible. Identify and understand competitors in the market to ensure an easy comparison for potential consumers. Requirements of a Junior Marketing Associate: Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly Availability to work flexible shifts Experience in customer-face roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service) preferred We provide paid training for this Entry Level of Role.
