PopStroke currently has 14 locations across Florida, Texas, Arizona, Alabama, Nevada and South Carolina, with 3 additional venues under development and expected to open by the end of 2024.

About the role

$7.25/hr + tips (earning potential of $40+/hr)

What you'll do

• Support the restaurant and bar operations.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware.
• Run food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including restrooms. Restock service stations and restrooms.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping floors, and removing trash.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding promptly to requests.
• Uphold safety and sanitation principles at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays, ability to carry multiple plates from the kitchen to tables.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to work in an indoor and outdoor environment
