We’re currently seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist to support our projects and drive innovation across our teams.
Position Summary
As a BIM (Building Information Modeling) Specialist, you will be responsible for the creation, coordination, and maintenance of digital models that bring our projects to life — from early concept through construction. You’ll support project teams by ensuring BIM standards are met and models are used efficiently across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary models to ensure clash-free, constructible designs.
Implement BIM execution plans (BEPs) and ensure project compliance with company and client BIM standards.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to facilitate accurate and efficient model integration.
Conduct model audits, clash detections, and data extraction.
Train and support staff on BIM best practices and workflows.
Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend improvements to workflows or tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of professional experience in BIM coordination or modeling.
Proficiency in Revit and Autodesk Navisworks; familiarity with AutoCAD, Dynamo, or Rhino is a plus.
Understanding of BIM standards such as ISO 19650, LOD specifications, and COBie.
Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, collaboration, and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud-based platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or Revizto.
Knowledge of scripting/automation (e.g., Dynamo or Python).
BIM-related certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, CM-BIM).
