MEMCO is seeking a Commercial Cable Puller/Tech in Nashville, TN!

Mon - Fri, some Saturdays

7am - 5pm/Long-term & Full-time

$22 - $24/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Cable Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various cable systems in commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install and terminate CAT5, CAT6, fiber optic, and coaxial cables
• Pull and route cables through conduits, ceilings, and walls
• Mount and secure network racks, patch panels, and telecom equipment
• Test cables using certification testers and OTDRs to ensure proper connectivity
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty wiring and connectivity issues
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and installation diagrams
• Maintain clean and organized work areas per safety standards
• Work closely with project managers and other technicians

Benefits : Travel pay, per diem, lodging provided

Training : Paid orientation in Ft. Walton Beach, FL (4/21-4/25)

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• 1+ years of commercial cable installation experience
• Knowledge of ANSI/TIA-568 standards
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass drug test and background check

A pre-employment drug screen will be required for all positions.
