The primary responsibilities of the Administrative Medical Assistant are to provide support to the clinical support staff and providers. It is their responsibility to keep all patient records updated and to maintain the front office. They handle administrative duties, such as answering phones and scheduling appointments. Regulatory/Educational Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Skills: Strong computer knowledge. Strong communication skills.
